How does the trial work?
- We'll build you a platform to match your corporate colours.
- We'll ask you to complete our onboarding form, to capture the user population you want part of the trial. All we need is firstname, lastname and email address.
- We'll ask you to communicate in advance of trial start dates to the user population about SEEDL, so our activation email doesn't look like spam!
- We'll work with your team during the trial, in the same we work with our existing clients; with a dedicated User Engagement Manager.
- We'll share insight with you from the trial population including feedback scores and course attendance data.
- We can add any new hires during the trial, if you hire any.
- Our transparent pricing, will allow you to evaluate success versus pricing to make an informed decision if you wish to continue beyond the free period.
- If you wish to enter in to an agreement with SEEDL, you can sign before the trial ends for an uninterupted service.
Conditions:
- At least 25% of your total employee population must be part of the trial, sample groups of smaller sizes will reduce your trial to 7 days.
- An organisation can only take a trial once. You must not have previously been a SEEDL customer, or benefitted from other offers such as free trials or a demo site.
- The start date of your trial, is the date the platform has its first user added.
- 100% of our curriculum must be available to the trial population.
- Users must access your branded system to access our content. We will not supply 3rd party links to host on your own learning systems.
- Your trial user population will receive a weekly email from SEEDL promoting upcoming courses.
- You limit the trial population to employees only who have a corporate email address associated to your company.
- Completion Certificates are not included in any trial (these will be available subject to upgrade).
- You will not be provided with Administration access during any trial.
- Discounts detailed above are limited to the first 200 businesses converting to a paying customer. A trial doesn't guarantee discount. All discounts are subject to a fully executed agreement.
- All trials, regardless of start date must end no later than 13th June 2024.
- Some functionality will be limited during your trial to prevent copyright infringement of our curriculum and prevent abuse.
- You must not use any of SEEDL's curriculum outside of the platform, nor re-use our curriculum in any circumstance.
- Free trials are not open to training companies, or organisations offering learning solutions to business.
- We reserve the right to end the trial immediately where we suspect any abuse of our trial conditions.
- All users on the trial will abide by our User Terms (see HERE)
- Open to new business only for first year. A new business is defined as a organisation or a group of employees that hasn't had access to SEEDL in the previous 12 months.
