We work in confidence with these clients as often custom work is needed to be with specific isolated groups for sensitive topics.

• Global Learning Roadshow, visiting a clients 21 offices across a 9 month period offering leadership and sales workshops.

• Client Retention Programme. Training all client facing colleagues the importance of relationships vs transactional conversations (1300 staff).
• Performance Management Programme. Training organisation wide a new performance management process. Programme running simultaneously for leaders and their people. (850 colleagues across 10+ countries).
