Having worked in global corporates to start-ups, Anthony is an influential and entreprenuerial leader who has a 'lead from the front' and 'can-do' attitude. Having previously led commercial and learning teams across the world, he's been recognised as 'one to watch' in the learning space. Spending time in the Media, IT, Information and Professional Services industries; his varied experience brings a wealth of value to SEEDL Group, understanding what clients' need in terms of 'ROI measurable training' and a globally scalable solution for a digital revolution. 

Having spent a number of years in service and commercial teams, both as a contributor and leader; for the last 18 years Jo has turned her attention to Learning & Development. CIPD qualified, Jo has led multinational learning teams who have covered a number of globally scalable learning initiatives for business with tangible evidence based results. Working for companies such as HSBC, Thomson Directories and TMF Group, Jo heads up our entire learning output. Jo also sits on our Board of Directors.

A highly organised and dynamic leader, Kate has worked at c-suite level for 18 years, ensuring that executive teams are fully supported and driving special projects for organisations. At SEEDL, Kate works across the business leading a number of key areas. From product lead for Book Summaries and SEEDL Micros; leads our exhibitions and events, globally, through to onboarding and customer contracting, and aside from being the glue that keeps the business together, also acts as our HR point of contact. Kate also sits on our Board of Directors as Company Secretary. 

Over 24 years of management experience in corporate environments and new start-ups. A passionate, energetic, and strong leader who strives for personal and professional standards. Katrina oversees all revenue streams for SEEDL through Enterprise, Partnerships and Community Partners. Having led L&D functions previously; Katrina understands the importance of ROI in training interventions. 

  Frederik has held senior executive roles at leading international organisations. He served as CEO and Chairman of Ocorian, a global leader in administration and compliance services, and previously as CEO of TMF Group, where he led significant international expansion, multiple acquisitions and a successful sale to CVC Capital Partners. Earlier in his career he was a founding partner of Equity Trust and helped grow it into the world’s largest fiduciary and trust business at the time.

Raj is an accomplished senior executive and Non-Executive Director with extensive experience in data, consumer protection, and governance. 

His diverse NED portfolio includes roles with TrustMark, Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and various educational and charitable boards. Raj specialises in strategic oversight, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. A collaborative board member, he excels at bridging the gap between regulatory requirements and organisational growth.

  Dan is a seasoned global executive having worked in leadership roles within a number of professional services firms and start ups -covering financial services, manufacturing and consumer products.

His passion is driving profitable organic growth and providing mentorship to leadership teams in support of scale and operational excellence.

He is a Chartered Accountant who brings extensive international experience,  commercial acumen and strong programme management insights to leadership teams as they transform to exceed aggressive market expectations.
