Having worked in global corporates to start-ups, Anthony is an influential and entreprenuerial leader who has a 'lead from the front' and 'can-do' attitude. Having previously led commercial and learning teams across the world, he's been recognised as 'one to watch' in the learning space. Spending time in the Media, IT, Information and Professional Services industries; his varied experience brings a wealth of value to SEEDL Group, understanding what clients' need in terms of 'ROI measurable training' and a globally scalable solution for a digital revolution. 

Having spent a number of years in service and commercial teams, both as a contributor and leader; for the last 15 years Jo has turned her attention to Learning & Development. CIPD qualified, Jo has led multinational learning teams who have covered a number of globally scalable learning initiatives for business with tangible evidence based results. Working for companies such as HSBC, Thomson Directories and TMF Group, Jo heads up our entire learning output. 

Michael has been in the digital industry for 15 years, developing websites, improving user experience, running marketing campaigns, managing projects and small teams. Historically, Michael has built a number of user solutions coupled with API technology for public sector systems including various NHS platforms. His knowledge has allowed us to create SeedL’s Learning Management System whilst continually improving and adding features. 

  A highly organised and dynamic leader, Kate has worked at c-suite level for 15 years, ensuring that executive teams are fully supported and driving special projects for organisations. At SEEDL, Kate is product lead for Book Summaries and SEEDL Micros, leads our exhibitions and events, globally, and aside from being the glue that keeps the business together, also acts as our HR point of contact. 

Joyce currently is a member of the international board of Vermaat (hospitality). She worked previously at TMF Group as member of the executive committee, responsible for legal, risk, compliance and internal audit worldwide. Prior to her current role she served as senior legal counsel at TNT Express. She started her career in private practice, serving as a lawyer at a.o. Allen & Overy. She graduated from Utrecht University in 1997 with a degree in law and holds an LLM in Law & Economics.

  Jonathan is a game-changing leader, executive coach and practitioner of organisational development. Coming from a corporate background in broadcast media, he established his company Trimodus in 2005 to transform the performance of leaders and teams. 

Jonathan has implemented game-changing programmes across a wide range of industry sectors and organisations , including Oxford University, The British Horse Racing Authority, Discovery Channel, IHS Markit, Cambridge University Press and Balfour Beatty.

  Sally has over 20 years of international risk & control management experience in financial and professional service firms. She has lived and worked in multiple countries and is in her element in situations that need resourceful and pragmatic leadership. Based in the Netherlands,  she has a wide background in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Compliance and Financial Crime. Proven leadership skills involving managing and developing teams to achieve objectives. Sally is dedicated to maintain and optimize high-quality standards in complex and fast moving environments.   Sally is currently Chief Risk Officer for Luxembourg based IQ-EQ.

   Raj is currently Managing Director of Bristol-based Which? Trusted Traders and the Endorsement scheme. He has over 25 years of experience in delivering results, and developing people in the Commercial and Digital sector to both corporate and medium-size businesses. He's been part of the Bristol business community for over 15 years and holds several Non-Exe roles for charities in Bristol.  
Raj is a keen rugby supporter, hiker, and he likes to take his rucksack and go on adventures when he gets the chance.

     Karine is a senior HR professional, having worked in professional services firms for more than 20 years. Since 2007 she works for TMF Group in the Netherlands currently as HR Director for the EMEA Region and Global Functions. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, progressing the people agenda, HR transformation projects and driving performance culture with a pragmatic and people centric approach.

    Richard leads his consultancy business Logo & Legend after previously leading Marketing & Communications for Euronext listed firm, Intertrust Group, and specialises in lead generation, digital transformation and driving profitable revenue growth. 

Richard is seasoned operating in the C-suite and has held roles in PLC’s, PE backed firms, partnership structures and founder-led, VC backed, start-ups. Based in the UK.

Tariq, CEO of Macalvins Group - Tariq is an experienced entrepreneurial leader, helping to expand and structure both small and large businesses globally. Tariq has a track record of successfully supporting and growing private equity and VC backed businesses, applying a commercial, operational and strategic skill set, as well as a wealth of experience providing specialist financial solutions to a variety of corporations in countries throughout the world.
