Developing Confident, Capable Leaders
This practical, face-to-face two-day programme is designed for employees across Rushmoor businesses who are in leadership, a business owner, or an established people leader looking to strengthen their management skills.
Places are FREE (Worth £750 per delegate), thanks to SEEDL and Rushmoor Borough Council, there are limited spaces available. *Note there's a small charge to cover lunches and the facility, lunch is supplied both days.
Focusing on real-world application rather than theory, participants will gain practical tools, techniques, and insights that can be implemented immediately to build confidence, capability, and leadership impact. This is not a traditional, PowerPoint-led training course. Expect an immersive, interactive experience that will challenge, stretch, and support you as you explore new ways to lead, think, and grow, while enjoying the journey along the way. You'll even get to network, too!

Anthony Price, Founder of SEEDL, has extensive experience across IT, Professional Services, Media, and Insights organisations, from start-ups to global businesses. A leadership and sales specialist, he is known for his engaging, high-energy delivery and passion for developing people.
Joanna Nash CIPD - brings over 30 years of experience within global organisations, including HSBC and TMF Group. With 17 years in management across Learning & Development, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing, Jo combines practical leadership expertise with a passion for helping others succeed.
