As part of SEEDL Group, we offer all enterprise clients the opportunity of a FREE learning needs analysis. Essentially, your employees complete a short survey, which then produces a heatmap (example for a sales team, above).
The more Red and Yellow a particular competency is, the more of your employees see it as an urgent need. Green, says 'all good', and Blue suggests the competency isn't relevant to the respondents role.
Our key clients have found this service particularly useful to consider identifying which courses their employees attend, and also consider internal learning projects they may wish to run alongside SeedL's offerings.
