You'll be a leader within your BID or EDO team, highly likely with multiple direct reports. You're an open minded leader who is looking to enhance communication skills in 121 meetings, deal with conflict from local business, presentations in group settings, and keen to improve self-awareness. You recognise the value of dynamic conversations and aspire to upskill ways to do what's right for a business and engage people. 

Through a combination of group conversations and facilitation, with lashings of practical activities (which you can't hide from), We'll take some of our SEEDL content bringing it to life for a classroom setting. From Coaching, to thinking about your conversation styles, then on to public speaking, the programme gives a perfect blend of content that you can use in your organisation the very next working day. 

Whilst we don't want to give the full game away, despite many delegates pre-conceptions, 'Conversation Skills' can really make or break your business engagement and performance. Critically, you'll leave with increased confidence in 121 conversation skills, coupled with a structure to communicate to teams, clients and audiences in public settings.
