We provide each delegate a 360 competency based profile, the 360 provides the delegate with self reflection opportunities plus feedback from others. From it they can build their own development plan. Delegates also get a 30 minute debrief with a SeedL colleague.

The programme is a 2 day intense (and intimate) but hugely impactful event, focused around creating a high performance culture and style in leadership. This highly interactive 2 days, leaves little time for PPT, focused on activity based learning around coaching and leadership.

I am a game-changing leader, executive coach, and practitioner of organisational development. Having come from a corporate background in broadcast media, I focus on transforming the performance of leaders and teams.
I have implemented game-changing programmes across a wide range of industry sectors and organisations. Ever aware that 'the future ain't what it used to be', I prepare organisations to be ready for change and to capitalise on uncertainty.
My global leadership work has taken me across Asia, the Americas and Europe, while my online expertise includes webinars, mentoring, facilitation, and podcasts. I co-host a Global Leadership Podcast with Anthony, challenging the status quo, asking the big questions, and delivering fresh insights and solutions to performance related problems.

I have worked across IT, Professional Services, Media and Insights business in a mixture of start-ups and global organisations. Having led commercial functions and L&D teams across the world, my specialisms focus around Leadership and Sales. I communicate through high energy interactions which is a primary focus of my sessions – with learning we deliver, participants can implement the skills the next working day. From my base in the UK I am passionate about developing talent, and unleashing people's potential. Like JB I recognize that the world changing is the norm – not the exception.
With leadership struggling to keep their direct reports in their teams, I love to prepare leaders to create a thriving, dedicated and passionate ‘performance’ led team where people want to stay with their employers because of the team culture, line managers (at all levels) create.
The role of a leader is to attract people to the bus. Even if the bus doesn’t have a destination on the front, it’s critical that the line manager understands the importance of making the passengers feel like they’re in the driving seat!
